26 OctThe Correct Way to Measure Your Penis

How to measure your penisMeasuring your penis can be tricky at times, since most of the measurements are done personally, that is, not by an impartial measurer.  But if you do want to get an accurate measurement of your penis size, there are proper ways to do this.  Then again, it all boils down to the honesty principle. Though penis size can be a sensitive issue for some men, that does not excuse lying about it to make yourself feel better.  So if you really want to know how “big” you really are, here are some things to remember:

Flaccid length

Flaccid length is the size of your penis when it’s not stimulated or erect.  To measure the length, you need to raise your penis until it’s parallel to the floor.  Place a ruler or any other measuring tool on the side of the penis, then make your measurement.  One end of the ruler should be placed on the base of the penis, near the pubic bone.  It’s important not to stretch the penis as to cheat on the result.   Another thing to note is that flaccid length is also determined by the temperature.  So if you want to get accurate results, make your measurements at approximately the same temperature every time.

Flaccid girth

Girth refers to the width or thickness of the penis.  The same with length, raise the penis until it’s parallel to the floor. Make the middle shaft of the penis your reference.  You can use a tape measure to determine the girth size.  Again, remember the current temperature when making measurements.  Also, do  not make the tape too loose or too tight to get accurate measurements.

Erect length

The process is the same for erect length measurement.  In this case, what you need to remember is to be as honest as possible.  Please do not exaggerate when measuring your penis.  You just need to measure the penis at its side to the closest millimeter.

Erect girth

The process is similar.  Just wrap the tape measure around the shaft with the same amount of slack or tightness as you did with flaccid measurement.  Remember once again to keep it real and to keep exaggeration to a minimum.
