18 OctResults after 1 month of exercises

Happy and SadWell, was planning to post them on the 20th (that would be exactly one month) but I just couldn’t wait. To recall back what I have done. Basic stretching exercises, the helicopters, jelqing and kegels (well I didn’t do much of the last to be honest).

I’m both, pleased and a bit disappointed. I’ve gained 0.4 mm in girth when non erect. That’s about 3,5% (NOT BAD!). And also I also gained 5 mm in flacid length also about 3.5% (GREAT!). The flacid stretched length gain was AMAZING. A whole 1.1 CM!!! But I’m a bit disappointed at erect length. I gained only 1 mm. I thought it would be more. And the girth of the erect penis: THE SAME.

I guess I have to add intensity in exercises to achieve better results. I also will do the kegels regularly. Some other comments are that it’s a bit boring to do these exercises and many times my finger hurt from stretching. I’m slowly thinking of getting one of those stretchers which will do the most work for me and I would do only the jelqs and kegels. See you in a month!
