Penis enlargement diaryOk guys! I’ve read lots of stories how guys made their penis larger so I’ve decided to try it out myself. I came across a forum where there were a few basic exercises listed. They were basic stretching (where you stretch your penis up, down, pull and behind butt cheeks), basic jelqing (here you push blood inside your 70% errect penis – like the oposite of jerking off :) ) and don’t forget the kegel exercises – here you press the muscle inside your penis. Kegel muscle is the one if you want to deny your urin of getting out of your penis.

So my stats as of 20 September, 2009 are:
Length(erect) : 13.8 cm – 5.43 inch
Length(flacid): 7.4 cm – 2.91 inch
Length(flacid-pulled): 12cm – 4,72 inch
Girth (erect state): 13.5 cm – 5,3 inch
Girth: (no-erect state): 11,5 cm – 4,52 inch

my goals for 20 September, 2010 are:

Length(erect) :  6,3 inch
Length(flacid):  3,7 inch
Length(flacid-pulled):  5,5 inch
Girth (erect state):  6,1 inch
Girth: (no-erect state): 4.9 inch

My DAILY routine:
- warmup (5 minutes)
- pull exercises + helicopter exercises (where you pull your penis in a circle)
- jelqing (400 – 600 jelqs daily)
- kegel exercises 100 x 1 sec. + 40 x 5 sec presses
- warmdown.

I will post any new findings and maybe advanced exercises as I progress with this. I will also post my monthly stats. Wish me luck to gain as much as I want.
