To recall back what I have done. Basic stretching exercises, the helicopters, jelqing and kegels (well I didn&#8217;t do much of the last to be honest).</p>
<p>I&#8217;m both, <strong>pleased and a bit disappointed</strong>. I&#8217;ve gained 0.4 mm in girth when non erect. That&#8217;s about 3,5% (NOT BAD!). And also I also gained 5 mm in flacid length also about 3.5% (GREAT!). The flacid stretched length gain was <strong>AMAZING</strong>. A whole 1.1 CM!!! <strong>But I&#8217;m a bit disappointed at erect length</strong>. I gained only 1 mm. I thought it would be more. And the girth of the erect penis: THE SAME.</p>
<p>I guess I have to<strong> add intensity in exercises to achieve better results</strong>. I also will do the kegels regularly. Some other comments are that it&#8217;s a bit boring to do these exercises and many times my finger hurt from stretching. I&#8217;m slowly thinking of getting one of those stretchers which will do the most work for me and I would do only the jelqs and kegels. See you in a month!</p>

They were <strong>basic stretching</strong> (where you stretch your penis up, down, pull and behind butt cheeks), basic jelqing (here you push blood inside your 70% errect penis &#8211; like the oposite of jerking off <img src='http://www.penis-enlargement-simple.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) and don&#8217;t forget the kegel exercises &#8211; here you press the muscle inside your penis. <strong>Kegel muscle</strong> is the one if you want to deny your urin of getting out of your penis.</p>
<p><strong>So my stats as of 20 September, 2009 are:</strong><br />
Length(erect) : 13.8 cm &#8211; 5.43 inch<br />
Length(flacid): 7.4 cm &#8211; 2.91 inch<br />
Length(flacid-pulled): 12cm &#8211; 4,72 inch<br />
Girth (erect state): 13.5 cm &#8211; 5,3 inch<br />
Girth: (no-erect state): 11,5 cm &#8211; 4,52 inch</p>
<p><strong>my goals for 20 September, 2010 are:</strong></p>
<p>Length(erect) :  6,3 inch<br />
Length(flacid):  3,7 inch<br />
Length(flacid-pulled):  5,5 inch<br />
Girth (erect state):  6,1 inch<br />
Girth: (no-erect state): 4.9 inch</p>
<p><strong>My DAILY routine:</strong><br />
- warmup (5 minutes)<br />
- pull exercises + helicopter exercises (where you pull your penis in a circle)<br />
- jelqing (400 &#8211; 600 jelqs daily)<br />
- kegel exercises 100 x 1 sec. + 40 x 5 sec presses<br />
- warmdown.</p>
<p>I will post any new findings and maybe advanced exercises as I progress with this. I will also post my monthly stats. Wish me luck to gain as much as I want.</p>
